Established in 2020, New Global Plastic, Inc. was founded with a strong focus to help plastic manufacturers in China to source high quality raw material supplies in the US.
New Global Plastic, Inc. is also environmentally focused. With existing manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia, New Global Plastic, Inc. has the industry leading equipment and process technologies to also suit your recycling needs, contact us for more info.
At New Global Plastic, Inc. we truly believe in growing our business through better serving our customers. Started with manufacturing adhesives, we now own and operate several production lines that are capable of injection molding, coating, and cutting.
Nylon is used as the base material, along with raw natural rubber. There are many types of elastomer material, but all are with similar manufacturing process. Typical process includes plasticizing, mixing, calendaring, spreading, extrusion, molding, and vulcanization before products are quality checked and packaged.
Raw rubber is elastic and lacks plasticity necessary for processing, so it is not easy to process. In order to improve its plasticity, it is necessary to masticate the raw rubber, so that the compounding agent is easy to be evenly dispersed in the raw rubber during mixing, and at the same time, it also helps to improve the permeability of the rubber material and penetrate into the fiber fabric during the calendering and molding process. And molding fluidity. The process of degrading the long-chain molecules of raw rubber to form plasticity is called mastication.
In preparation for manufacturing, the ingredients must be accurately mixed. To uniformly mix raw rubber and the additives, some of the materials need to be pre-processed. The raw natural rubber should be softened in a 60-70*C drying room, and then cut into small pieces. Paraffin, stearic acid, rosin, etc. are some of the additives. Impurities, coarse particles, and air bubbles are then screened and removed.
